Good location to stay if you are visiting Wind Cave National park. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice and clean. We were visiting with a friend and was able to get a connecting room upon request. Pool was too cold for my daughter and hot tub was too hot.
This place has both a level 2 Tesla charger and a regular, J-1772 charger that were both just plug and play. Rooms were a bit dated but overall the price was right, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Took advantage of the free Tesla charger overnight and the free breakfast in the AM!
Good clean rooms, guy running the front desk in afternoons was very nice and helpful. Decent hotel breakfast. Kids had fun the in the pool and the patio area was nice to hang out by. Close to many parks and attractions
The view out back was beautiful. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. The hot tub was too hot and the pool was too cold so we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have. The bed was too hard for me and I slept horribly, but my husband liked it. The hotel next door said this hotel was only a year old, but I don't believe that as you could see the age in places. It wasn't horrible by any means and I would stay there again, but it definitely wasn't a year old and if it is then it's not going to age well.
Incredible staff. Friendliest and most informative front desk you could ask for. Fantastic Breakfast staff. Just a great all around place to stay. We stayed May 15th through the 18th 2025. Perfect location for Custer and Rushmore sights.
Great place to stay for a night or a week. Room was very clean and had plenty of room. The bathroom was roomy as well. Easy check in and check out. Desk person was very polite and helpful. Laundry on every floor. The free breakfast was very good. Had something for everyone!
Great for a one night stay. Price was steep for the room, but its peak summer travel time. Breakfast was ok. Location is right off the highway and within 15-30 minutes to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, etc. Friendly town.
Great for kids! The decoration was fun for my little kids. They loved the animals and the fake fireplace was great because they could be around it and it was not hot. The breakfast was surprisingly very good for a free breakfast! I didn't really have any expectations for it but I actually enjoyed everything I ate for breakfast. The staff was so polite and kind as well! The man checking us in at midnight was so kind even though it was super late. He didn't act rude or in a rush when we had to run back to our car to grab something we forgot, he just kindly talked with us while we waited. I didn't have super high expectations since its a cheaper hotel room cost but the service was above and beyond! And the rooms were clean!
